it's our choice!

There's an easy answer to the fear of getting sexually transmitted infections.  We can choose to be safe,  But how?

It's as easy as ABC....

NEW ABC

A = waiting until marriage or a long term committed exclusive relationship

B = two people who do not have an STI can't get an infection if they stay faithful to one another

Otherwise...

C = although not 100% safe, using a condom every time will make sex a lot safer

SAFE SEX IS A FAITHFUL RELATIONSHIP WITH AN UNINFECTED PARTNER

It's also very important to remember that drinking alcohol makes it more difficult to stick to healthy choices.  It's our choice.  We can be as safe as we choose to be!

The World Health Organisation’s published figure for the effectiveness of condoms in preventing the spread of HIV is 85%(1).
A more recent and thorough scientific study placed the figure lower at 80%.(2)
